Man I am so tired again! I am back in this low where I cannot get enough sleep. Perhaps it is because I haven't been training as much, or it is fall and the days are getting shorter, not sure. All I know is that I would be more than happy getting 20hrs of sleep each night.
I skipped the swim session today because of that and while I feel a bit guilty, it's no big deal. I am planning a run for today and tomorrow, and given the winds today it should make for a good workout at or above tempo (assuming I don't fly away like Mary Poppins). The wind and rain was crazy all night long and it kept me up all night. And I am guessing that it was the wind that kept setting off my neighbor's car alarm. That was a real treat.
