That, in kilometers, is what I swam this morning at masters swim. That is my biggest swim to date by a long shot! There was some tough stuff going on, and the Mental Demons were pretty loud at the 60min mark but I stuck it out. Man am I tired now!
Now I am off to the office for the rest of the day!
