Yes, this will be yet another negative-sounding post. :(
Week 3 was a pretty good week last week, even though I did get a wee bit lazy and bailed on one or two workouts. But I still got 6 well-focused workouts in.
This week is supposed to be a recovery week, but I'm still expecting 6 or 7 sessions this week just at lower volumes/intensities.
Strike 1: Last night's swim was cancelled. Pool was closed due to March Break.
Strike 2: Big a$$ problem at work prevents me from getting a run in.
Sure, my problems aren't as big as others, but I'm still miffed. :P
