About 300m from my bus stop I am passed by a bus - mine. "There goes my bus. Crap," I tell my cowowrker who was walking with me. "I think you can make it. In fact I know you can make it" was his response.
And with the help of the traffic gods, he was right. Didn't time that sprint though.

No, it does not count. The upspoken runner's law is in order ti qualify as a run it must be equal to or in excess of one mile, imperial.
