(slowly) Movin' on up

Three workout two weeks ago. Four last week. They're moving up but
slower than I'd like. I need to keep some patience though, and be
proud that I can still toss in a 10 miler on little training or
maintenance.

Not sure what this week will bring regarding work but at least I won't
have the support phone. I do hope to keep the running consistent this
week, and return to regular swimming and two rides. If I hit that
this week I think I'll be getting that "habit" restored. That'll be
good with the start of formal training on the horizon.

I'd put more down, but frankly I'm wiped. G'night all!
