with Steve again and it's a good thing he's kind! I know I was
slowing him down with my 5:20/km pace but he didn't mind thankfully.
He could lay a world of hurt on me if he wanted to!
We managed to get 5.2km in that were all higher in tempo for me - a
really good workout to rebuild and I can feel it already. Now to
stick with it and get my base back to where it was before.
