I did something!

Honest I did! Seriously!

It wasn't much, but it was something! I restarted (again) the 100 pushups, 200 squats and 200 situps plans. My longer-term goal is to do these Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Feeling crappy now (destressing?), but last night I couldn't take it anymore. I just had to do it.

Unfortunately, that crappy feeling is still around and a bit stronger today. Sadly, that bike's still sitting idle. Hopefully things will improve quickly.
