Even more work

Run: 5ish km @ 29min

Easy warm-up and cooldown separated by 6 x 2min hard, with 1min active recovery. Tired, but in a good way. I'll need to keep up workouts like this to get some strength over the winter.

The bad: My shoes are now done. They're at 620-odd km.
