Movement!

Last night:
  • Pushups (10min) - 30 total
  • Squats (10min) - 140 total
Today:
  • Run: 5.4km @ 28min
Yes, folks - that's not a typo. I actually did stuff in the last two days! :) Yesterday I started the 200 squats program, and restarted the 100 pushups program. I was sweating pretty good from those two things - a bit of a surprise actually. Today's run was feeling rushed at the start, so I decided to shorten the length and continue the push and managed to knock-out a good hard tempo effort.
