That's 37.5kph, or 23.3mph

Usain Bolt breaks the 100m world record...again. This time he did it in 9.58 seconds, working out to an average speed of 37.5kph. Absolutely unreal.

And if that's not enough, he says he can hit 9.4sec. Simply amazing.

this is so strange... i was searching the internet to see if anyone had noted that Secretariat's average speed in winning the Belmont worked out to 37.5 MILES per hour over 1.5 miles, and here i see Usain Bolt averaged 37.5 kilometres per hour over 100 metres....
what a coincidental joy. :-):-)
