A lesson for us all

Bike:  60min (Spinervals 19.0)

No matter how good it seems at the time, do not eat an entire medium "The Edge Works" pizza by yourself and then do a strength set on the bike 2hrs later.  Even if you finish your daughter's ice cream sundae, this still is not a good idea.

Just sayin'.

Thank goodness I was drinking any water since I'm sure I would have spit it all over my computer!! LOL Weren't you just carbo loading? LOL
